| Blackline Team Account | Create new team | This covers request for creation or removal of a Team Account. Creating a "Team" account in Blackline enable users to share responsibility for completing their work within Blackline whether it is Account Recon, or Task. Work responsibilities within BlackLine are assigned to a primary Preparer, Approver, and Reviewer (if a Reviewer is required). When the primary user is not available, anyone that is member of the Team (with the right access) is able to complete the assignment. Although, as a control, Blackline has a built-in control that does not permit you to be assigned multiple roles on the same account or task. | |

For this request type, this covers only the request to create, edit, remove Blackline related workgroup. Any other application workgroup should be raised directly with SailPoint team. Example of SailPoint workgroup is Entitlement Owner, Role Owner, Application Owner. | |

| Matching | Transaction Matching | Create pass rule | Use this request type to request creation, edit, or inactivation of transaction matching's pass rules. The pass rules define fields and grouping used to create matches between transactions. Pass rules need to be created within match set and only operates on the data sources within the match set. The System Admin will work closely with the Requestor in creating/editing/inactivating the pass rule, test it in Sandbox and moving to production. Note that the Requestor is expected to provide all the detailed information for the System Admin to create/edit pass rules. |
